                 <title>Complaint for Pigs in the MCD Garden</title>

                 <description>Dear Sir/Madam  Residents in A 2 block, Hastsal road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi are very disturb due to the Pigs in the MCD Garden. A family (Plot no. A2/ 107) pets the pig and stay them in the Garden area. Pigs make the environment unhygienic due to there nature. This family frequently catch the pig and kill it with very cruelty for the sale of pork. The way of killing the pigs is very cruel which beaks the mental peace and feel very discomfort to live in the area. Pig also destroys the garden plants. The family which pets the pigs pools water in open area for the pigs. This water is very favorable condition for the mosquito development.   Due to this single family all people live in area are suffering from mental disturbance and fight to the mosquito.  Kindly do the immediate and necessary action against the pig.  Thanks and Regards.  Hope you will make my name hidden in this process.</description>

                 <description>DEAR SIR,  I am having BSNL land line number 079- 26639726 in EAhmedabad. I received charges of 149 rupees in the bill for the month of January 2013. I presumed it to be some kind of charges for the broad band connection. Again I received one time charges of 347 rupees in the telephone bill for the month of February 2013. After enquiry with nearby telephone department I was informed that it is the charges collected for Hungama for their services. I was told that they are entertainment providers. I have not applied for the entertainment services. Then they told me to unusubscribe it if I do not want it, but it needed user name and password. I got it only at the end of March. So how can I unsubscribe it. Then as soon as I got it I unsubscribed it and suited a complaint against them. But in vein. Again the last month’s bill came with the same amount to be charged once again. I am pretty sure that I have not activated it at anyway. So how can they activate this foolish thing without my consent. No I am seriously at doubt about my every bill, where the bill matters are so vague. I am at loss as to how a private operator is being paid by telecom after collecting from me without my consent. It is actually a kind of cheating the customers. The only reason to be with BSNL is they do not charge at their will and any services are rendered on specific application and reasonable service charges; the foolish justifications. The officials at the nearby telecom department are misguiding people since they do not have proper knowledge about this service.. Instead of saying unsubscribing they are telling us to register in the site; again utter foolishness. .   I request that the collection of hungama entertainment be terminated immediately and the charges collected by you in the previous months to be refunded or adjusted towards my future bills.   This is an unfair practice especially with government organisation collecting charges for somebody, with out consent of the customer. How it can happen I am at loss to understand.  I request immediate action and positive feed back from you sir, by either mail or sms. If I do not get justice, I will be compelled to approach consumer forum for such fraud activity  Sincerly, Parag Shah.</description>

I immediately responded back &amp; asked them to return my amount without delay.  From the trailing mail dated 12.04.2013, they confirmed that I shall get my paid amount within 4 days but sorry to record that till date amount has not been refunded to me even harassing time &amp; again.  Under the above circumstances ,your good office is approached to take strict action again Max Bupa Health Insurance Co.                  <description>Dear Sir, I got a call from Ms.Divya Sharma from SALES AND PROMOTION DEPARTMENT from landline no:01148487110 that my name has been selected amongst the 5 lucky customer and if i buy HOLIDAY VOUCHER worth Rs.3999 then the will give a Sanyo LCD TV or Sony Xperia Go Mobile or Fuji zone laptop. i refused and she called me and told that if i buy 1 vouchers before 7.00 p.m,he will get it immediately. But i told it is not possible to buy before 7.00 p.m .she told me that she will till in office to give the this offer to me. Then I brought one Holiday pack at 7.15 p.m ( order Booking ID:33022247)...and paid through credit card .During payment even though i am exist account holder of bag it Today he choose me as guest customer. After that she told will transfer call to gift dept. there i spoken with miss. Anita Verma she told me you will get any one of these three gifts, but you have buy rs.3999 against one more holiday pack we will give the Gift . and will give surprise gift also. after long discussion i brought one more package Rs.3999 i booked using master card( order Booking ID:33022258)...she told that you will receive the verification call by tomorrow morning that time you have tell only i brought two holiday packages and don't tell anything about Gift( i think this is false commitment), but till the time i have not receievd any call from BAGIT TODAY. During the conversion she has given wrong Phone to discuss about the product, but i checked this number belonging some person who is residing at Mumbia.But i called Number given in BAGIT OFFER Mail -011-66668989 , no response from this number.  Today i called on the same number which i received call number is Not Reachable. Customer care is not working, I checked the BAGIT TODAY site such offers are not availbe.Then I checked with Yatra customer care about offer they are not aware. Sir please do something for me.They are cheating a mass of people like this way.... The following commitments given 1.                  <description>Dear Sir,   We would like to inform you that in our locality Gali No-4, WZ-61, Ground floor,Beri Wala Bagh,Hari Nagar, New Delhi.110064, by the name of SITARAM DHABHA   Which was for the purpose of residence but using it for making food and pulses for his restaurant nearby and creating lot of noise by grinding spices and creating lot of foul smell in the whole area and disturbing all floors near his place.  There is a foul smell coming from the garbage that is being thrown here and there by the labour and it has become very difficult for the residents of the area to even breath properly.  There are around 10-15 gas cylinders kept inside the building making it realy very unsafe for the residents to live in such a place.. as they have left open there cylinders many times....  Sometimes there is fear of getting severly ill because sumtimes sewer gets blocked due to garbage and lots of mosquitos are gathered around the locality.   I would request to the concerned department to please take strick action against the DHABHA owner as we know that as per rules and regulation it is against the law , nobody can carry commercial activity in the residential area.  We request you kindly please look into the matter at earliest and help us lead a peaceful ,safe and healthy life.  We look forward for your support and cooperation to make our locality worth living.  warm regards  Residents of J-Block, Beri wala Bagh  Street No-4, Hari Nagar. New Delhi. </description>

                 <description>deer sir ,  I was travelling from ramnager (UTTRAKHAND)to anad vihar (delhi) on 3 may 2013 by bus (bus no. is UP-21 AN 2102).Bus drive stopped the bus near gajrola at sivam turist dhaba ( which in running under uttranchal parivahan nigam)for lunch about at 2 PM .there was many couter like - chhole bhature , chhole , bread pakore , tea etc.Many passenger take chhole bhature (chhole was bad) the seller of chhole bhature was telling rate of chhole bhature 10 rupees per plate befor eating after eating he was taking 40 rupees from passenger I was also given 40 rupees forcely . After asking this he was misbiheving and abusing to passenger . I complained to on this no.01123860560 and 08476007605(both are help line of uttrakhand parivahan nigam).But i din't get any positive response from above both number . please take any action against this dhaba , bus driver and conductor otherwise passenger will be hopeless from uttrakhand parivahan nigam .also I want to know that where should the passenger complain at this situation ? I was standing near to the gate. Conductor was asking me about ticket. I told him them let me come inside then I will give you. He was just shouting only. Helped of other girls I came inside &amp; give him money. After 4 to 5 stops the conductor entered from the gate &amp; started hits every girl. I had called vodafone customer care executive on 4th Apr-2013 to check if my free data service is been stopped. On my question he replied that your internet connection will be still continue because you have used upto 1GB quota. This offer is for 2GB free internet service you can still use this service till bill generation data. Also told me that it is a free service there will be no charges against it. When i got this answer i was using this service upto 19-Apr-2013. After that my mobile service got disactivated due to credit limit cross. I called up again customer care executive why my mobile outgoing service was stopped. He said you have cross the credit limit and your unbill amount is now Rs.2964. I said how it could be. If it is already given an instruction that once my Rs.300 Credit Limit cross you can deactivate my service. Executive Said don't worry your Rs.2964 Amount will get adjusted because bill is not yet generated. it will be generated on 28th-Apr-2013. You can make the payment of Rs.300 and activate the service. I made a payment of Rs.300 and check if my service is deactivated. It was deactivated from 19-pr-2012 to 30-Apr-2013. My complaint is why this executive misguiding customer. If he was told me on 4th=Apr-2013 that your service will be stopped and after 04-Apr-2013 you will be charge for internet connection.Due to this i am suffering from huge amount of Rs.2964 which not affordable for me. Kindly Look into this matter and resolve it soon</description>

This tower is being erected on the roof of House No 111F/9, Kishangarh, Vasant Kunj owned by Ch. Dilawar S. Sehwag, which is located in our vicinity at about a distance of few feet from our residential flats which is not legal as per the rules and regulations. There is a high risk of our families being exposed to hazardous radiations arising due to this Cell tower. Besides, the said house is adjacent to the premises of MCD Primary School, Kishangarh, Vaant Kunj, New Delhi. It may be noted that new guidelines from Telecom Ministry, Government of India have come into force from 1st September 2012. According to the new guidelines, no mobile tower can be installed in residential areas and near school premises. Since this tower is just adjacent to Government Primary School and opposite densely populated residential flats, our families including children living in these residential flats and children studying in the MCD Primary School, Kishangarh will be exposed to high radiation risks. The said tower is being installed in gross violation of the new guidelines framed by Department of Telecommunication, Government of India. I received a one time charges of 149 rupees in the bill for the month of January 2013. I presumed it to be some kind of charges for the broad band connection. Again I received one time charges of 347 rupees in the telephone bill for the month of February 2013. After enquiry with nearby telephone department I was informed that it is the charges collected for Hungama for their services. I was told that they are entertainment providers. I have not applied for the entertainment services. Then they told me to unusubscribe it if I do not want it, but it needed user name and password. I got it only at the end of March. So how can I unsubscribe it. Then as soon as I got it I unsubscribed it and suited a complaint against them. But in vein. Again the last month’s bill came with the same amount to be charged once again. I am pretty sure that I have not activated it at anyway. So how can they activate this foolish thing without my consent. No I am seriously at doubt about my every bill, where the bill matters are so vague. I am at loss as to how a private operator is being paid by telecom after collecting from me without my consent. It is actually a kind of cheating the customers. The only reason to be with BSNL is they do not charge at their will and any services are rendered on specific application and reasonable service charges; the foolish justifications. The officials at the nearby telecom department are misguiding people since they do not have proper knowledge about this service.. Instead of saying unsubscribing they are telling us to register in the site; again utter foolishness. .   I request that the collection of hungama entertainment be terminated immediately and the charges collected by you in the previous months to be refunded or adjusted towards my future bills.   This is an unfair practice especially with government organisation collecting charges for somebody, with out consent of the customer. How it can happen I am at loss to understand.  I request immediate action and positive feed back from you sir, by either mail or sms.                  <description>Some days back, I received a call from BSNL representative on my land line number 07324273444. He told me about BSNL Hungama services and also told me that BSNL is offering 30 days free trial to me for these services. After 30 days plan charges will be 140PM.  He told me this is free for 30 days.  Then asked my details and told me that I will receive userid and password.   I did not receive id and password and not used any services.   Now today I came to know that he lied to me and these services will be chargeable to me and there is no trial plan.  Call records and recording can be checked. He told me the the same, free for 30 days.  Please raise a complain for the same.  If I get charged for anything I will approach consumer forum for such fraud activity.  I will not pay anything, they lied to me. I will raise a legal case against BSNL.  Deactivate all and do not charge me anything.</description>

                 <description>Order not cancelled I received a call from BagItToday saying that I would get diamonds (and a mobile phone, a bag, an iron) worth Rs 30000 for only Rs 12999. They also told me i would get a lifetime discount of 60-70% on all products on their website for Rs 29999 of which i paid Rs 12999.  So totally I made purchases worth Rs 25998. A few days after making the purchase I saw many people having reported cases against BagItToday for fraud. So I decided to cancel my order.  I have not received any item from either of the two orders nor have I received any information about courier details of the orders which means they haven't been shipped yet.  Please have them cancel both the orders and refund the payment as soon as possible. The order numbers are - 33006359 and 33006377.  Thank you, Vivek Murali</description>

                 <description>PROPERTY DISPUTE- I am a resident of S-221/44, Gali no 1, Vishnu Gaerden, Khyala road, New delhi(2 floors)which is jointly owned by my elder brother Gursharan Singh. I live on the ground floor for the past 23 years. My brother has started construction on the commonly owned roof without my consent and with force. I am against this construction as a couple of dealers have advised that our house is poorly maintained and not strong enough for it. there are problems of leakages and damp ceilings.  Despite negotiations, no mutual solution could be arrived. My family(wife and daughter) face abuse and threats. I am a poor driver with health issues. My wife also does not keep well. I am strongly in favour of selling the house and settle the matter peacefully. this will also enable me to improve my means of livelihood. I want the construction to be stopped immediately to prevent further damages.  Today i had called the police and they ordered to stop the construction which did not happen. We had gone to the police station also but the construction is still going on as before. I suspect the officials who were involved in the matter. THE SIM WAS ACTICVATED AFTER VISITING VODAFONE STORE. AGAIN ON THE 6TH DAY OF MY SERVICE WITH THE COMPANY MY PLAN WAS CHANGES WITHOUT MY REQUEST AND WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION TO ME. I RECEIVED A WELCOME LETTER ON 7 JANUARY AND IN THAT THE PLAN WAS DIFFERENT. I M GETTING BILL ON DIFFERENT PLAN WHICH WAS NOT CHOOSEN BY ME BUT WAS IMPOSED UPON ME..                  <description>This is with reference to my mobile number 9811675549 which has been blocked on 16 April 2013.  On enquiring about it, they gave the reason that I have a pending bill of Rs. 2000 something against a vodaphone number 7838465982 which I have purchased from your Mini Outlet from I Block Market, Sector-12, Noida.  I had purchased this dongle number for internet usage. The outlet had sold this internet mobile number on saying this after three months you can convert it to prepaid. After exact three months the vodaphone number was not working. When I visited the outlet they said you have to go to main outlet in Sector-18, Noida. When I visited there they said that this number can’t be converted to prepaid, as they said it was a postpaid connection.  I would like to know that if it was a post paid connection why it was not working after three months as per plan. My number didn’t work after exactly 3 months as per plan. I haven’t used this number during this period and to that matter I have been receiving numerous call regarding the payment. I have been explaining this matter number of times to the customer executive and your billing department people to no vain.  I have explain the same matter to the calling executive (Mr. Ashotosh – 9811828374) called me and said that he will solved this issue, but when I went to Sector-18, Noida outlet nothing was done.  Your sector 18 Noida outlet said this number 7838465982 can’t be converted to Prepaid and the outlet at I block, Sector-12 Noida said it can be. I have been visiting the outlet for my problem to be solved but to no vain.  Infact the number which I bought for internet dongle 7838465982 was sold to me cheatingly giving wrong information.  I am using this number 9811675549 for more than 10 years and you can see my payment records.  I have a small baby and old mother at home with I couldn’t communicate.
